Our 5-Day Intensive Stress & Resilience Online Coaching Program is designed to help you break free from the cycle of stress, reclaim your energy, and build resilience—so you can perform at your best without sacrificing your wellbeing.

 

5 Day Intensive Programme

The programme looks at the basics of mental resilience and how it links to leadership excellence and human performance.

We challenge participants and take them out of their comfort zones emotionally and mentally. 

To complete the programme you will need to set aside JUST ONE HOUR per day online.

Day 1 (1 hour LIVE group session): 

  • Self assessment
  • Understand the terms ‘pressure’ and ‘stress’ and the wider context
  • Definition of pressure and stress
  • Pressure and performance
  • Signs and symptoms of stress
  • Effects of stress on health and wellbeing
  • Understanding mental health – e.g anxiety/depression
  • Managing stress – reducing pressure, coping better

 

Day 2 (1 hour video session): 

The need for resilience increases in direct proportion to the pace of change and the number and complexity of the challenges we face.

  • Understanding resilience will ensure that we can maintain and enhance effectiveness in the midst of a fast- paced, high-pressured and continuously changing environment.
  • This session will look at building emotional resilience and pressure vs. performance. 
  • How to manage daily pressure to enhance performance at work and home.
  • Re framing pressure and shifting to a resilient mindset.
  • Daily resilience habits

 

Day 3 (1 hour video session): 

  • Instant Stress-Relief Tools – Practical techniques to calm your mind & body fast.
  • Energy & Wellbeing Hacks – Simple lifestyle shifts for lasting balance.

  • Creating Your Long-Term Stress Strategy – Sustainable habits for ongoing resilience.

 

Day 4 (1 hour video session): 

  • Detailed hourly journal
