This 30 day programme aims to inspire and motivate you to improve your personal performance by improving resilience and managing energy more effectively. Energy dictates what we do and how well we do it. To increase capacity for performing under pressure, leaders must train strategically to improve their ability to expend and recover energy more efficiently.
The programme looks at the basics of energy management and how it links to leadership excellence and human performance. We challenge participants and take them out of their comfort zones emotionally and physically.

DAY 1 ENERGY AND PERFORMANCE
(1 hour LIVE group session):
This session brings looks at the basics of energy management and how it links to leadership excellence and human performance

DAY 2 PHYSICAL ENERGY
(1 hour video session):
This session brings looks at wellbeing and includes nutrition, movement, hydration, general wellbeing, from a personal performance perspective. It will
review the effect of aspects such as sleep and fatigue and their impact on communication, lateral thinking, concentration,leadership and overall
performance. It’s about eating for performance and energy – not just eating

Group challenge
DAY 3 EMOTIONAL ENERGY
(1 hour video session):
Understanding resilience will ensure that we can maintain and enhance effectiveness in the midst of a fast- paced, high-pressured and continuously changing environment.
This session will look at building emotional resilience and pressure vs. Performance. It will engage delegates to discuss Ideal Performance State, being your best, burnout and tips on how to manage daily pressure to enhance performance.
