I have a proven history in Corporate Health & Wellbeing, and once sat on the Government’s Strategy Group for Occupational Health and Wellbeing. My company, Wellbeing4business Ltd, has extensive experience in working with NHS Trusts and has audited the Occupational Health provision for Trusts such as Heart of England and Kings College Hospital. The company has also designed organizational wellbeing, absence, and mental health strategies and products for organizations like M&S, Eon, NOC, and various councils and public sector organizations such as the DVLA. My belief is that to achieve excellence businesses, leaders and staff must be engaged, resilient, energised, and fit both mentally and physically.

- Training- I have delivered resilience, stress, and wellbeing programs globally for clients such as NOC, HEFT, ARM Ltd, Bombardier Ltd, the Royal Air Force, Metropolitan Police, and M&S.



Corporate health expert
With over two decades of experience in workplace wellbeing, my proven strategies created lasting change, enhanced employee health, and reduce absenteeism.
I built wellbeing websites for companies like Marks and Spencer, developed the UK’s first Health Risk Assessment in 2003, and created award-winning corporate tools like the planahealth website. His fitness assessment software is used by over 1,500 Occupational Health Departments, and he developed a Sleep Assessment product with Loughborough University.

A great achievement after 14 years is to be still playing golf. I have represented Team England in the 4 Nations Golf Tournament for the past two years.
