Programme Overview:

This 5-day, 1-1 coaching programme is designed for individuals looking to strengthen their resilience and emotional well-being. Each session will focus on key aspects of building resilience—such as mindset, stress management, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. By the end of the programme, you will have the tools to bounce back from challenges, maintain mental strength in tough times, and grow through adversity.

  • Focus: Strengthening resilience through mindset, coping strategies, and emotional regulation

PROGRAMME OUTLINE

Day 1: Understanding Resilience - The Foundation of Mental Strength

  • Goal: Understand what resilience is and identify your personal strengths and areas for growth.
  • Session Focus:
    • Discuss what resilience means and why it’s essential for emotional well-being.
    • Identify key moments in your life where you demonstrated resilience.
    • Explore any challenges you’re currently facing and your typical coping responses.
    • Set intentions for building resilience over the next five days.
  • Action Plan: Reflect on past experiences of overcoming adversity and write down key strengths you’ve used in tough times.

 

Day 2: Building a Resilient Mindset - Shifting Perspectives

  • Goal: Cultivate a resilient mindset by shifting from fixed thinking to growth-oriented thinking.
  • Session Focus:
    • Explore the difference between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset and how they impact resilience.
    • Introduce techniques to challenge negative self-talk and reframe limiting beliefs.
    • Learn how to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.
    • Discuss the importance of positive thinking and maintaining hope in adversity.
  • Action Plan: Practice reframing negative thoughts throughout the day and replace them with empowering, growth-oriented beliefs.
